My 28 years of experience in working with people of all ages trying to return to work or activities they love tells me that each client is different. Also, not all exercises are for every client however; proper exercise technique is key.

Trust the therapist knows their job and yes, the puny neck exercises they gave you REALLY work. That’s the second bit.
The third piece of this rehabilitation puzzle is you must do the exercise properly and not just, ‘oh that’s good enough’. With Bamboo Fitness and Rehabilitation, there is no ‘just good enough’. You are taught how to get the most out of your program.
Once I meet you and we decide to work together, we go through the sit-down history and assessment of the injury; perhaps with tea or coffee in hand. Why not? Let’s enjoy this process.
After the assessment, the therapist (me) designs a personalized program for you. During the second session, I take you through the program teaching you proper execution of the exercises. The exercises are SPECIFICALLY for you, the client; the most important part in this rehabilitation puzzle.
It’s not just the injury, it’s you and your life; what you do, how you do it, what you love to do, what you want to do.
